ArtsQuest- Musikfest Online Sweepstakes: Jethro Tull

1. ELIGIBILITY: The sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States of America, 18 years of age and older as of the date of entry. The employees of ArtsQuest and their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children) are not eligible to enter or win).
2. HOW TO ENTER: The sweepstakes will commence on or around January 28, 2008 upon posting at www.musikfest.org and end on or around Friday, May 30, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. (ET). To enter, complete the online entry form at www.musikfest.org and submit it electronically. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON, PER EMAIL ADDRESS. Multiple entries will be disqualified. Entrants must supply a valid e-mail address to win. If the e-mail address supplied is not valid, your entry will be disqualified.
3. HOW TO WIN: One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. To qualify, entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (ET) on Friday, May 30, 2008 for the drawing. One (1) winner will be drawn on or about Monday June 2, 2008. ArtsQuest reserves the right to delay the drawing. Odds of winning are dependant on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing. Winner will be notified via e-mail and/or phone. Winner must respond to notification within 48 hours, or he/she will forfeit the prize. If a prize is not claimed within the time limit, an alternate winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries. Winner will obligated to sign and return an Affidavit and Eligibility and Release and Liability within fourteen days of notification. In the event of non-compliance, with this time period, an alternate winner will be selected. Any prize notification returned to ArtsQuest as undeliverable will result in the awarding of that prize to an alternate winner. Failure to comply with these rules will cause prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, and no substitutions are allowed (except by ArtsQuest due to prize unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted). Any prize won by a minor (under 18 years of age) will be awarded to the minor’s legal parent or guardian. Sweepstakes winners (or legal parent/guardian) must present proper identification when prizes are awarded.
4. DESCRIPTION OF PRIZE(S): One (1) Prize: One (1) winner will receive two (2) VIP section tickets to Jethro Tull concert; August 7, 2008 at Musikfest’s RiverPlace stage. Winner is responsible for all other incidentals/expenses not listed as being included, including, without limitation, transportation, food and beverage and other personal expenses.
5. ADDITIONAL TERMS: Online entries by Internet will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, education, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. ArtsQuest is not responsible for entries not received due to lost, failed, delayed or interrupted connections, including Internet/Web-server/network/phone-line connections, or other electronic malfunctions, computer/telephone hardware or software failures/malfunctions. ArtsQuest reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should virus, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of ArtsQuest, in ArtsQuest’s sole opinion, corrupt the administration, fairness, or proper operation or play of the sweepstakes, in which case winner will be selected from entries received prior to action taken.
6. WHO WON: For winner information visit www.musikfest.org or write to Musikfest Contest Winners, 25 W. Third St., Suite 300, Bethlehem, PA 18015 before January 1, 2009 and include the name of the contest you are inquiring about.
7. PUBLICITY: By acceptance of a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, photographs or other likenesses, testimonials and other biographical information for any and all purposes, including but not limited to advertising, trade and/or promotions on behalf of ArtsQuest without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. TAXES: All applicable local, state and federal taxes, and any and all expenses not specified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of and will be paid for by winner.
9. LIABILITY: By accepting a prize, winner agrees that ArtsQuest and the agents, employees, directors and officers of thereof, will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind incurred in connection with or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or while traveling to, preparing for and/or participating in this promotion or any prize-related activity.
10. The decision of ArtsQuest will be final in all matters pertaining to the sweepstakes. ArtsQuest reserve the right to correct any and all printing, typographical or mechanical errors related to the sweepstakes.
11. All federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
