About Women in Docs

Women in docs are a lively acoustic duo, currently based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Their music features strong acoustic guitar and soaring harmonies. They are known for their entertaining live shows, subtle humor, and passionate songwriting.

Favorites on the Australian circuit, the duo have appeared at many festivals including the Port Fairy Folk Festival, Woodford Folk Festival. They also tour in their own right around Australian venues and have toured internationally to the USA, Canada, Germany and China.

Leaders among the new breed of Australian acoustic acts, women in docs are inspirational, hardworking and entertaining.
