ArtsQuest Ticket Policy

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tickets. Tickets that are lost or damaged will be reprinted at a cost of $5.00 per ticket with a maximum of $20.00 per order and may be picked up at the respective venue Box Office. Your E-mail Order Confirmation and proper photo identification are needed when picking up your tickets. The ticket purchase will appear on your credit card statement as 'Lehigh Valley Tix'.

Entry into a concert venue with weapons, illegal drugs, food, alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages is prohibited. Audio, video taping or flash photography is not permitted.

The ticket holder acknowledges that the event may be broadcast or otherwise publicized, and hereby grants permission to utilize holder image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of this event.

All persons entering a venue, including babies in arms, must have a ticket. Each ticket will allow one admittance. If you leave the venue, for any reason, re-admittance will not be allowed. Children under 2 years of age not recommended for some performances.

Tickets purchased through this website are for your personal use and may not be resold for more than face value. ArtsQuest reserves the right to cancel any order we deem in conflict of this policy.

There may be per-order ticket limits established by concert promoters or show producers for some events. These limits will appear on the specific event page and must be adhered to.

ADA seating is available for all concerts. All requests for wheelchair accessible seating must be made by phone or at any ArtsQuest Box Office including the ArtsQuest Center, Banana Factory, Bethlehem Visitor Center at SteelStacks or Sands Steel Stage box office at the time of purchase, during regular business hours. One companion seat is available for purchase with each ADA concert ticket.

WEATHER POLICY:

If an event is canceled, ArtsQuest will post this information on the website and / or contact ticketholders, and provide a full refund for the amount that was paid for the ticket. Shipping and service fees are NOT refundable. Tickets must be received back within fourteen (14) days of the announced cancellation to receive the refund.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the ticket will be honored for the rescheduled event date. New tickets will not be reissued for most rescheduled events or postponements.

Inclement weather for any outdoor performances or events is not cause for a refund unless a performance or event is actually cancelled. A performance that has begun, but is shortened due to severe weather conditions, is not cause for a full or partial refund.

ArtsQuest / Musikfest Fees

As we process all orders in house for ArtsQuest Events, we try to maintain the lowest fees possible. These fees pay for the expenses associated with our ticketing department. Below is language that describes our ticketing policy for most performances. ArtsQuest reserves the right to change this at any time.

Musikfest

Service / Venue Fees: There is a $9.00 per ticket service fee and facility fee for all Musikfest Sands Steel Stage concerts. This includes telephone, internet or walk-in/walk-up orders (at any ArtsQuest Box Office including the ArtsQuest Center, Banana Factor, Bethlehem Visitor Center at SteelStacks or Sands Steel Stage box office).

Musikfest Café

Service Fees: The following fee scale will be used for Musikfest Café performances for each ticket purchased.

This includes telephone, internet or walk-in/walk-up orders (at any ArtsQuest Box Office including the ArtsQuest Center, Banana Factory, Bethlehem Visitor Center at SteelStacks or Sands Steel Stage box office).

*Performances with ticket prices above $70.00 may also incur Service & Facility fees above $7.00 per ticket. In the event that this is the case it will be indicated on the ticketing website, via phone or in person at the time of purchase.

Comedy

Comedy shows that take place in the Fowler Blast Furnace Room or Frank Banko Alehouse Cinemas only are available for purchase by telephone, internet or walk-in/walk-up orders (at any ArtsQuest Box Office including the ArtsQuest Center, Banana Factory, Bethlehem Visitor Center at SteelStacks or Sands Steel Stage box office). Internet orders have a $2.00 service fee per ticket.

Cinema

Films shown in the Frank Banko Alehouse Cinemas have a $1.00 service fee per ticket for all internet transactions. Tickets may be purchased at the ArtsQuest Center Box Office in person with no service fee. Other performances in the cinema may incur additional charges and the fees will be posted when applicable.

City of Bethlehem First Responder Fee/Amusement Tax - effective February 5, 2013

• The tax is 5% of any ticket priced more than $10 with a maximum tax value of a $1.50 per ticket (i.e., all tickets over $30 have a $1.50 tax cap).
• The tax is applied to the base ticket price before any service fees (so a $25 ticket with a $5 service fee will total $31.25)
• 100% of The City Amusement tax revenue goes to the City of Bethlehem
• It only applies to venues with capacities greater than 200 (so it will not affect any films in the Frank Banko Alehouse Cinemas or any comedy productions held in the cinemas or Visual Arts Classes at the Banana Factory.)
• The Blast Furnace Room will occasionally be subject to the tax, based on the layout which is dependent on ticket price and event capacity.
• The tax is not retroactive – it will only affect events going on sale beginning February 5, 2013.
