Before you get started, please make note of the following important instructions and information.

• The form is on a basic page with a white background- don't panic :)



• There is no information describing the functions of positions within the registration form.   If you would like to learn about all the positions, please do so before starting the registration by clicking here.



• DO NOT USE THE BROWSER'S BACK BUTTON
  Use the 'previous' and 'next' buttons at the bottom of each section.



• If you are prompted by your computer, DO NOT stop running scripts (or your registration may not submit).



• It is recommended that you enable cookies in your browser before starting. If you are using Internet Explorer 6 or lower, please consider upgrading to version 7.
