Hours: 4:30-9 p.m. Daily.

Media Credentials
Media credentials are issued only to approved photographers/videographers covering headliner shows for legitimate publications, sites, networks and radio/television stations. Credentials are valid only for the date of issue and are available only from the Media Center; they are non-transferable and may be revoked at any time.
Please note: Credentials do not grant access to the Wind Creek Steel Stage without a festival staff escort.

Photography & Video Guidelines

  • Requests to photograph or videotape any Wind Creek Steel Stage concerts are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to band/tour management approval. Preference will be given to major news outlets that have a proven track record of covering previous headliner shows at Musikfest and similar festivals. Requests for Photo/Video Passes must be made by completing the form.
  • APPROVED photographers/videographers must stop by the Musikfest Media Center to secure daily media credentials necessary for covering the headliner shows. The Media Center also offers internet access and other Musikfest-related information, hosts to escort you and we can answer questions you may have about the festival.
  • If you are approved, there is absolutely no food or beverages of any kind allowed on your person and/or inside your camera equipment.
  • Media should avoid using flash or lights when recording or taking photos of entertainers or an audience. ArtsQuest does not make final decisions on selected photographers; ALL final decisions/approvals are made by the tour’s management team. You will be notified either way.
  • You will either be shooting from the pit or the sound booth. You will be permitted to photograph the first three songs, no flash. No exceptions. At conclusion of the third song, you will exit, following instructions by accompanying ArtsQuest staff.
  • If you have a ticket to attend the headliner show that you are approved to shoot, you are required to secure your camera(s) outside of the concert venue after shooting and prior to entering with your ticket as a concert attendee.

Media Parking/Parking Passes
A limited number of parking passes are available to media outlets that request them in advance; a map of the Musikfest parking lots will be included with your parking passes when you receive them. Please email your request to pr@artsquest.org. You may pick up your passes at The Banana Factory Arts Center front desk, located at 25 W. 3rd St., Bethlehem, PA.

Concert Reporter Review Ticket(s)
Approved review tickets may be picked up in person at the Banana Factory Arts Center or upon request, they may be emailed to you.

Performer Interviews
Media may request interviews with Musikfest performers prior to the festival. Interview requests should be made as far in advance as possible and are subject to artist management approval. Day-of-show interviews are highly unlikely, unless requested in advance and approved by artist management. Send your interview request to Jenn LoConte, Director of Communications, jloconte@artsquest.org.

Media Tours
Accredited media members may arrange for personalized tours of the Musikfest grounds and SteelStacks campus. To inquire about arranging a tour, please contact the communications team at pr@artsquest.org.
